Customer service
Terms & conditions.
The terms that apply when you buy from us. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Mark Ralph, a sole trader trading as Westcountry Choppers. Our trading address is Unit 25F, Merton Road, Bristol, BS7 8TL. We are not VAT registered.
Contact us at info@westcountrychoppers.com.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on this website as a consumer. Please read them before ordering. We may update them from time to time; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to your order.
3. Your order
When you place an order, we'll email to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to say your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and won't charge you, or will refund you in full.
4. Products
We do our best to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences are possible. Sizes are a guide; see the size guide on each product.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. If we've made an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. See our payments page.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are on our delivery page. We'll deliver within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. The goods are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you or your chosen address.
7. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Full details, including how to return items and how refunds work, are on our returns page.
8. Faulty goods and your rights
We're under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Events
Bristol Biker Nights and other events listed on this site may have their own terms, which we'll show on the event page.
11. Your information
We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
12. Disputes
If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
