The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Dispatch: most orders leave us within one working day. At busy times, such as new drops and the run-up to Christmas, it can take a little longer.
Delivery: we send UK orders with Evri, and they usually arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays. If we expect your order to be delayed, we'll email you. In any case we'll deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree a different date with you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Tracking and missing parcels
We'll email you when your order is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email info@westcountrychoppers.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, or a person or safe place you nominate.
Sending a gift
Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. Prices aren't shown on the parcel contents.
